I have only been a member for 2 months and I have noticed an improvement in my fitness. I have been impressed with the professional, inclusive and positive environment. For example on my first day I had one of the trainers come over and help correct my form with the bench press and I noticed a big improvement. Even if you don’t do pt the trainers will take time to give you help and once a month they do a body scan to see your progress. Highly recommend!!
Great Gym and Classes ,were it's not about getting your money but making you feel welcome and part of a large family. Have tried nearly every Gym in Brisbane, and the Workouts and Classes at Olympia are so enjoyable and rewarding. Always looking forward to next session. Thanks Everyone.
Olympia isn't just a health / fitness centre - its a FAMILY! Such a welcoming culture that encourages genuinity, with all trainers committed to fully supporting and helping their clients (and not just in terms of training, the team are genuinely committed to helping clients achieve ALL goals through one on one consults and regular seminars around mindset and lifestyle). It definitely is not your stock standard gymnasium!!!
Olympia is a fantastic gym. 3 levels of state of the art equipment, spotless amenities and phenomenal staff. The trainers are all permanent employees, so unlike other gyms they aren’t competing for clients and are happy to assist anyone who happens to be on the gym floor. They are all very qualified and experienced which means that they are able to alter any class or PT session if you are injured etc. Lisa is my PT and I can’t recommend her enough, she is very knowledgeable on diet and mindset!
