Our Proven Process

Nutrition plan

Your completely customised nutrition plan is written by one of our fully qualified in-house nutritionists. Of course, it is your individual goal is what will dictate your overall calorie input, output and macronutrient targets, but the reason our nutrition plans work, when so many others don’t, is because the meals and ingredients in your tailored plan are only made up with foods you actually like. Why would you use a nutrition plan that bores you and isn’t achievable to follow long term? You’re just going to end up getting sick of it and rebound which will mean you’re worse off than you were before you started! 

Understanding the ins and outs of a nutrition plan can be overwhelming which is why our goal is to make things as simple as possible for you to follow, so you’re focusing on the foods you love instead of obsessing over working out your macros and forever counting calories.

8 x One on One Personal Training Sessions

Your 8 x one on one personal training sessions can be used however you like. For example, you might like to go into full technical mode with your trainer and use the sessions to learn correct technique, or on the other hand, if you’re confident with technique, one of our highly skilled trainers can push you to your max in your sessions so you know what it’s like to take things to another level! Ultimately our goal is for you to have a clear, easy to follow, achievable program that helps you achieve great results over the 8 weeks and beyond!

MyZone Heart Rate Monitor

Most people who use an apple watch or heart rate monitor don’t even really know why they are using it. When our nutritionists design your plan, they’ll also work out how many calories you need to burn per week to achieve your fat loss goals. Look - You can have the best nutrition plan in the world, but if that’s not specific to the training you’re doing or need to be doing, then your results won’t be anywhere near as spectacular. We’ve used MyZone heart rate monitors for 8+ years and they’ve proven to be our secret weapon when achieving insane transformation results! The good news is you get it COMPLETELY FREE when joining our 8 week challenge instead of paying the usual $199 for a MyZone heart rate monitor.

2x Consults/ 4x InBody Composition Scans

Every person is unique which means your goals are also unique. One of our coaches will meet with you at the start and at the end of your challenge to take your InBody Composition scans and properly understand your goals. We’ll also keep in contact with you over the 8 weeks to ensure everything is on track as well as being able to make any tweaks necessary to improve your results.
